An independent practice run by Justine Jones, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
    (509) 724-0188
I am a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with almost 15 years of nursing experience. As a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I believe in holistic care and healing the mind and body as one. I prescribe psychiatric medications as well as provide brief therapy within my medication management appointments. I have experience with mood disorders, adoption, and the LGBTQIA+ community. In my nursing career I have cared for children and adults. I am particularly passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults with mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I am currently working to transition away from Mindful Therapy Group to my own fully independent practice in Spokane and I am pausing taking new intakes until June of 2026.

About ME

I grew up in Washington, just North of Seattle. In 2009 I graduated from Gonzaga University with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and since then have lived in Spokane. I have been a nurse mostly at Sacred Heart in Spokane, WA working in various places including telemetry, emergency, and the pediatric ICU. All of this experience combined influenced my decision to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In 2023 I graduated from Walden University with my Master of Science in Nursing and became a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I live with my wife and our 3 children. I enjoy hiking, camping, and board games (the real nerdy kind). I have a family history of mental health and I was a foster parent for many years. It is my personal experience in life that has really driven me into the mental health field and I know I have a lot to contribute.

influencing growth

Influencing Growth, PLLC is my own company. I see patients through independent practice and work Tuesday-Friday. I have some training in therapy but I mostly provide medication management. I strongly encourage anyone seeking mental health care to find a therapist and with proper medication management, this can be the best route for mental healing. I respond to text messages best, but can also be reached through e-mail Tuesday-Friday. For scheduling please come back to this site in June of 2026 or you can reach out to Mindful Therapy Group to see if there is intake availability. I will have more information on how to get started with me through my private practice in June. I am available in person in Spokane, WA or through telehealth anywhere in WA state. Anticipate scheduling to look like a 1 hour in person visit with no prescibing unless you are only looking for refills of your current meds, followed by 3 consecutive weeks of follow up appointments to create a plan for medication management. Follow ups from there every vary from every 1 week to 6 months as needed, depending on medication planning.

Payment and insurance

I currently working to be able to accept Kaiser, Premera, UBH, First Choice, Pacific Source, Regence, and Cigna, as well as most state Medicaid plans. Private/cash pay rates: $300 for a 1 hour intake diagnostic session (required as initial visit) $150 for 30 minute follow-up medication managment sessions (best for most) $100 for 15 minute follow-up medication management sessions (once med plan is established and just being continued) $250 for 60 minute follow-up medication management sessions
Justine is not currently taking intake appointments, but check back in June of 2026. If you need care urgently you can contact Mindful Therapy Group at 509-903-0103 and schedule an intake with Justine with the plan to transition together once this practice is fully running.
